1. Scope of iron can inspection standards: Applicable to packaging containers made of tin (chrome) sheet steel printed matter (excluding food and beverage containers that can meet commercial sterility requirements after being sealed and sterilized), hereinafter referred to as iron cans.
2. Quality standards and inspection methods of iron cans:
Various iron cans should conform to our samples (including materials confirmed by both parties) or design drafts, and meet the corresponding specifications and matching dimensions.
3.Iron can appearance requirements and inspection methods:
(1) Appearance requirements:
① Surface: The main part (the part that reflects the motif, characters, marks, and bar code on the printed surface) should be free of scratches, and minor scratches are allowed on the minor part (the printed surface is not greater than 0.3mm * 20mm without iron scratches) There are no more than 8 marks; smooth, firm and uniform curling; no obvious indentation, no cracks, and ink layer does not fall off; the pattern buttling error of the two sides of the interface is not more than 0.5mm; the welding is firm, the welding points are uniform, and there is no missing welding , No breakdown, no pits, complete tendon lines, continuous transfer, smooth transition, no obvious transfer marks, no cracks, parallel to the upper mouth of the tank. The contours of the concave-convex graphics are clear, full, and not cracked, and register with the printed pattern. The error of the main part is not greater than 0.3mm, and the error of the secondary part is not greater than 0.5mm.
② Character pattern: It must be consistent with the company’s sample. The text and pattern must be clear and correct. There are no missing prints, missing characters, incomplete strokes, no obvious positional shifts, and no fuzzy printing defects.
③ Color: It must meet the confirmed standard sample and be within the upper / standard / lower limit of the sealed sample.
④ Cleanliness: There should be no dust, oil, rust or other pollution inside or outside the iron can.
⑤The flatness of the bottom of the tank: it is flat and the deviation is allowed. See QB 1878-93.
⑥ Leakage rate: not more than 8 ‰.
⑦ Fitness: The buckle is moderately tight and easy to buckle. Compared with the sealed sample, the gap allows a tolerance of 0.5mm.
⑧ Outer packaging: The product name, capacity, manufacturer name, production date, quantity, inspector code and other information should be marked on the packaging box. At the same time, the packaging carton must not be dirty and damaged, and it should be lined with plastic protective bags. To seal the box, plastic bottles and toilet paper should be used to separate the easily scratched bottles or covers, and the factory inspection report must be attached before leaving the factory.
(2) Appearance inspection method: mainly visual inspection, visual inspection at a distance of 50cm from normal light source.
4. Functional (physical and mechanical properties) requirements and detection methods:
Dimensional requirements: Meet the requirements for sealing samples.
A. Weight requirement: Weigh the iron can with a weighing instrument with a sensitivity of 0.1g, within the standard value and tolerance range confirmed by both parties.
B. Dimensional requirements: Use measuring instruments that conform to the accuracy. The height, caliber, and wall thickness of the tin can are within the standard values and tolerances confirmed by both parties.
